  1. Can you bypass the load balancer to get to the servers? And how do you access each server using ? Each of those servers has the same URL?

  6. Ive been a Network Engineer since 1995. From my experience, I can’t stress enough the importance of understanding the concept of the OSI model. Troubleshooting should always start at Layer 1 and then validate each layer as you work your way to Layer 7. You will find that over 75 percent of application reported issues are resulting from problems at Layer 4! The TCP transport Layer is not understood by most Server Admins. They don’t know the importance of correctly configuring the TCP Window sizes and buffers that impact performance on the WAN. The BDP calculator is your friend!!! Also, download Wireshark and learn how to read protocol analysis and packet decode.
