There are many reasons why you might want to create a windows 10 virtual machine such as testing applications / training and so on. Below are the steps you need to take

Download Oracle Virtual box from this link and install the application on to your machine

Create a windows 10 virtual machine and call it something you will remember. I recommend giving the virtual machine 50gb of dynamic space. You can edit the virtual machine to give it more CPU / Memory / hard disk space

Next we need to go to and download the windows 10 media creation tool. Run the tool and create a .iso file.

Connect the windows 10 .iso file to the Virtual machine, power on the virtual machine and the machine will now boot to the ISO.

Follow the prompts to install windows 10

  2. Could someone help? I try opening VirtualBox but after it installs it says “Failed to acquire the VirtualBox COM object. The application will now terminate.” and its saying that it has zero format. Help!

  6. Not in a hypervisor partition (HVP=0) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).
    AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS (or by the host OS) (VERR_SVM_DISABLED).
