  6. I got this pc for Christmas it was working fine. I decided to reset my PC, as it was running slow. When my PC was done resetting, I was prompted with “Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’ll restart for you.” It then restarted, and it gave me the same error. So I powerd off my PC, and turned it on. I was prompted with the same error. I can not move my mouse, or use my keyboard while this messege is on screen. The only thing I can do is press “F2” before the error pops up, and access my Dell boot menue. Please tell me how I can fix this.
